It all depends on the type of work you do in Premiere Pro.
I'm taking .mov files straight out of a DSLR (Nikon D800; I expect to add a 2nd camera later this year) and editing them for corporate promotional videos. Interview style, with the same look and feel as 60 Minutes using soft-box studio lights with the questioner off-camera. Most are 720p. Also doing 1080p 15s and 30s for Cable TV spots. Occasionally longer projects. Doing cuts and adding transitions/effects as well as image enhancements. Also shooting subjects against a green-screen and applying Chroma Key (Premiere Pro does a beautiful job with that) and adding motion backgrounds, layers and music tracks. Exporting finals to H.264 (MP4s). Hosting on Vimeo and embed on websites or Facebook .
