I don't get why this is even a thing.
You can't play through extreme cramps. I can see some people getting on him for being carried off the court for like 10 feet, but in the end that doesn't really matter one way or another.

Your body can subconsciously summon the adrenaline to momentarily overcome almost anything. A basketball game isn't that time.
