you can catch pretty big specks bankfishing on the south side of santa rosa island right before the bridge to destin. they are biting pretty good there this year too according to a friend who lives there. says he catches his limit in bout an hour avg size 2 lbs. no need to waste all that gas when you can catch from shore

and if that fails, there is a fish market right after you cross the bridge close to the Donut Hole.
