Ah, I'm in your boat. Mid-30's, I'm in business for my self going on year 2, I work 18 hour days sometimes,. I feel you... I'm at the point where I don't have enough money to hire a secretary so half the time I'm doing paperwork and the other half doing work that creates revenue. I could pick up more work but the paperwork side will drop off. And add to it that I'm in a constant struggle and headache with my ex to gain more custody of my 5 year old son. The ex sits at home sucking every dime I make. It's a constant cycle, lol.. the only thing that brings me peace from the monotony is going out in the woods hunting and doing a little fishing... Just take a break here and there. I promise it will ease all the stress. I think of my son and tell myself that I have to get over the hump so I can regain custody of my son. I tell myself if it was that easy everybody would be doing. That motivates me and gets my motor burning again. but yea, you have to step away sometimes just to clear your head... Then get charged back up with a goal and go getem again rock!
