And Mississippi probably has the highest lease prices in the white tail world solely due to Louisiana residents jacking the prices up

You know nothing about ms if you think that's not accurate. And it's not that "y'all can outbid us". It's that y'all are just that fricking stupid to pay $40/acre for land that produces 115" deer.
