You poor jackass. $2B doesn't mean what you think when you've had that kind of money for 20 years or more. He'd trade every penny to get his team, some snatch, a semi, and 10 years back. Unfortunately for him he can't have any of that shite.
That's life for you.

Yeah, an incredibly owner-friendly CBA , two bona fide stars, an expiring TV deal, and in the second-biggest media market in the country.
1. Who would want to sell that asset?
2. Considering all that, $2 billion isn't overpaying.
Your illogical nonsense is quickly putting you in to S.E.C. Crazy territory.

My God, they walk among us.
What a genius. Who wouldn't trade money for an extra 10 good years.
Name someone that did that.

What happens if after the purchase, someone comes up with racist statements Steve Ballmer made in the past?

Forbes had the team valued at $514 million.
Can your stupid arse subtract $514 million from $2 billion.
Do the math. Figure the profit.
Now don't you look like the idiot...as usual.

Man, I wonder what would happen to the price if there were other people who wanted to buy the team...?
Any idea?

expiring TV deal,
Ding ding ding. Clips due for a lot more money than they have been getting, and Sterling won't be there to really reap the benefits of Blake-CP3. 2 bill isn't really overpaying all things considered. But still a very sweet payday for him.

Forbes is wrong, obviously.

They should tax it by 80% at least, people only get that money by fricking the lil man anyway.

You get that math problem done yet?
Profit? Feel free to use Common Core if it helps.

Would you consider the Milwaukee Bucks to be a more valuable franchise than the Clippers?

Right! People need to work their asses to become successful so that the government can take it to keep piece of shite liberals happy.
sniffle..sniffle..sob...he has more than me. That's not fair. :'(

Hey little buddy, perhaps I misunderstood you. You seemed to imply that a broke-dick old man with a fetish for busted chicks somehow pulled off a major coup by giving up something that mattered (a surging professional franchise), for something that he can't use (a few hundred million in liquid).

Yeah, I'm about done with this Tennessee dude. I don't feel like I'm talking to an adult.

Work their asses off?
Unless they invent something, nobody with that much money made it by "working their asses off". Waterhead republicans I tell ya.

There are probably equally plausible hypotheticals about your own paternity. What's the use in that?

Not according to Forbes.
Now I am in no way suggesting Forbes knows more about these financial matters than the number one fan of second-tier rapper.

So Forbes has the Clippers valued at $514 million, yet the lowly Bucks just sold for $550 million in real life.
I didn't check, but did Forbes takes into account the expiring TV deal?
You never answered what would happen to the price if other people were also interested in buying the team...
