Live in Dallas. Uber is going to destroy the Nola taxi market. It's everything Nola taxi cabs aren't, reliable, clean, and efficient. Been using it two years in Dallas now and since that time I have only been in a cab twice. Some of the better Nola taxi cab drivers will eventually switch to uber, but a lot of those dudes are screwed. Uber drivers actually have to pass tests in order to become a driver, and überx is actually cheaper than cabs in Dallas
