but they market it as fresh and healthy, and as you can see in the responses their fan club pushes it as a healthy alternative to fast food.

It is a healthy alternative to every single one of these other fast food choices. Is it as healthy as making a grilled chicken breast and veggies at home? No. But it is better than most other fast food options and you might be retarded if you try to debate that.
