Who can blame Peter for wanting to avoid a street fair, but lying to Olivia so he can play with the data from his MURDER DISCS is going to bite him on the arse if he doesn't watch out.

True...I forgot about the discs. That's why he's hiding it.

There were a couple of times I wanted to put gifs in my post, but didn't want you to think I was jocking you.

Lets take a moment to understand the flawed motive of Bad Guy of the Week. He is making cripples lighter, but what does that have to do with paralyzation? They still wouldn't be able to feel or move their legs. Sure it would make it easier for them to pull themselves around but I don't see that the quality of life would be remarkably better. So he killed all of those people to make it a bit easier for his paralyzed son to move about. Nice.

Yeah, I wondered the same thing. I guess it could be useful for people who hadn't lost all control of their lower half, but for paralyzed people it wouldn't do shite.

It's still pretty cool though.

So we are to believe she drank the magnets but didn't pass them since she visited Bell? In this case, we would have been better off with no explanation.

What exactly does Peter think he could do if Bell decided to stay forever?

I didn't take it as literal magnets. More like soul "magnets" that have something to do with energy within her body. And Peter could sick Walter on it to figure something out on how to extract Bell from Olivia (which we later see is as easy as hearing another bell ring).

Bell and Walter just PROVED the afterlife. Months after his death Bell's consciousness was brought back. There probably isn't a more important mind shattering event on this show and yet they are standing around and discussing the event like they would discuss a boring episode of CSI:Miami.

That's true, and I never thought about that. I guess as a Fringe watcher even, we are desensitized to shite like that happening. I will say this...the afterlife is a huge deal, but in the realm of multiple universes literally colliding with each other and shite like that, it's still fairly tame (though still a big deal).
quote:

Did I miss something? Didn't she appear dead when she was shot in the head when her family was murdered? Why do they just assume she is really dead this time. Maybe given the damage, it will take time for her body to heal. Now they will bury her where she may be trapped to live out eternity in a coffin. That sure would suck.

I said the same thing to myself at that scene. Surely you do more than just look at her and touch her for ten seconds and assume she's dead...she's still the person who literally couldn't die.

I didn't hate any of these three episodes, but also didn't love them.

I liked the first one, but the set of three as a whole didn't do much for me. As much as I enjoyed them, they just sort of felt stagnant and nothing advanced with the main plot aside from Fauxliv having her kid and Peter admitting to Liv that he's been investigating the machine/discs.
