I think LeBron's better overall, but a better passer? Magic averaged 11.19 APG, one of only two players in NBA history to average over 10 assits/game (Stockton is the other at 10.51). Magic is possibly the greatest point guard of all time.

LeBron averages 6.88 APG, 28th all-time. Of course, he's a better scorer and their rebounding averages are the same (7.2 RPG, though that's because neither had a decline phase, and LeBron has a pace argument).

Magic was pretty f'n great. That's not digging in heels, as I do think LeBron is better, but yes, Magic was a better point guard.

Yea Magic is a much better passer than LBJ and it's not close. LBJ is a better scorer, but his size etc isn't any different as a mismatch than Magic's was at his time.

And yes, when you get to the point where you are making top 5/top 10 lists, you have to go to team achievements as well. Because most, if not all, of us can agree that LBJ is at fringe top 10 all time TODAY (with plenty of time left), then team accomplishments are in the debate.
