She's brutally honest about herself, and it's a brutally honest fact that comes with being obese and then losing the weight. I think it's important for people to understand that losing the excess weight and getting fit is more about lifestyle and activity than becoming the next supermodel.

She even said she is toying with plastic surgery for the excess skin but doesn't want to deal with the recovery time involved that would take her away from her workouts.
She does have a point there....I would imagine doctors would NOT let you do workouts like that after such a surgery for a decent amount of time.
