I actually rather get out of the ownership of construction business . I would rather work under management and be part of a team. So what I'm trying to do is find someone that can possibly get me an interview or put me in the right hands to better myself with a company somewhere. I am willing to relocate.

With no degree, your screwed at any decent paying jobs. Your have to work your way up from low pay. Your best play would be build your business up if possible unless the reputation is tarnished then that would hurt you getting other jobs. With a construction type business you could easily flip homes
