Went to go see yesterday and I was very impressed. The movie was done well and the soldiers got to tell their stories. Restrepo was better due to the fact that it did not once stray away from the soldiers. The Hornet's Nest is also about the director and his son who try to rekindle their relationship in Afghanistan. The only negatives were that a lot was done to add dramatic effect and the fact that the director diverted too much of the attention to himself. Overall, great movie. The ending was by far the best I have seen in any war movie. Had me in the feels. Definitely worth a watch if it is playing in your area.
