realize cam is from the NFL. however, people keep talking about what cam did for the offense. i don't see it. cam was handed hill, obj, mett, landry, turner, collins. thats the best group of offensive talent in the les miles era. i saw a lot of individual stats but i don't see how the offense scored that many more points than in previous years or won us any games with come from behind scoring (ie georgia). cam is a very good coach but i didn't see any impact on WINS last year.

So I guess you missed the entire NFL draft where the anaylyst on ESPN and NFL network praised Cam for the level of sofistication our players had regarding NFL offenses. They routinenly stated our players would mentally have the smallest learning curve due to us basically running an NFL offense. If we were running the prior years offenses last year we would have struggled to win 7 games.

It is perfectly reasonable Cameron is a top offense mind, it would be idiotic not to go to LSU if you play offense and want to make the league.

The reason you do not see what Cam Cameron has done with the offense is because he simplified it. Its not a Mike Leach deal where from one year to the next where you see a big difference.

A great coach plays to your strengths and that is what he did, no other college QB was throwing that opposite hash 40 yard out like Mett was and that pass is all NFL and was not in the offense last year.

All of out 1st team skill players on offense were drafted, that is insane and or 4th WR was drafted!!!

You want Cam to stay at LSU for years and years? Going to have to pay him an NFL salary at LSU. I for one am all for it.
