Not true. On the last several credit pulls I've had done..the karma score has always been somewhere in the middle of the 3 'official' scores I've been sent through the mail.
The most recent was last year when I refinanced my mortgage.

Everybody will have a different result. The scoring model for CreditKarma weights things differently than the FICO models (which most lenders use for granting credit). The range of scores is also different. My TransUnion FICO score is consistently about 40-50 points higher than my CreditKarma score which also comes from TransUnion.
