sazed is a fricking boss, no doubt. love how his role has increased throughout. Marsh pisses me off, I guess the steel ministry slowly wears on you over time.
Yea I'm usually pretty good about not losing characters, but I completely forgot about Marsh until the end.
I think there has to be something more to him, though. I don't think he just "gave in" to the steel ministry, ya know? They did something to him, and I'm very curious to see what it was.

Just finished the third book....spoilers below.
Ended pretty well, I suppose. I felt like Elend and Vin were outside of Fadrex City for 3/4 of the book. Sazed pouting around most of the book was disappointing as well, though I guess I understand why. Loved Spook's and Tensoon's storyline. The kandra and atium thing was clever. Also, plus rep to Marsh for breaking Ruin's grasp for that split second. I knew the earring would come into play eventually.
Sazed ending up as the God was fitting, and I liked how the Ruin and Vin storyline played out. Overall, it was a great series, but didn't end as strongly as I thought it would.
Think I'll be reading "Name of the Wind" next.
