My go-to:
1 banana
handful of berries (any combination of strawberry, blueberry, raspberry, blackberry)
handful of spinach
milk
scoop of vanilla greek yogurt
protein powder
sometimes a tablespoon of vanilla extract
I use fresh fruit btw, my smoothies always vary based off of what's on hand.

So all of you who put spinach in your shake, do you notice as differece in taste?
And what's a good, moderately priced blender? I broke my old one the other day.
