The standard camera doesn't have a screen, so you cant see what you're shooting until you get home. You can buy a screen that mounts to the back, or download the app (100% recommend this option) that lets you stream what the camera sees to your phone and edit on the fly. Motorboat said it best, biggest drawback is battery life and having to stay organized with the attachments if you don't want it becoming a pain in the arse.
