I took care of the patient safely and effectively with no risks to her health. Howevere, our interaction was not optimal as I had to look at objective things such as labs to determine how her kidney, liver, etc, were functioning. Would had been optimal if I could've looked at both labs and asked her if she had any kidney problems but I wasn't able to. Hell, we may have not even needed labs had she spoken English and I could communicate with her. She was 29 and healthy. But let's rack up the bill for unneccesarry labs and maybe an interpreter for this self pay (no pay) patient.

Bottom line is the OP asked if you're annoyed at the constant catering to people that haven't made any effort to learn even basic English language but live in America and benefit from our services. Yes, I am. It brings unnecessary costs into healthcare and other aspects of our society paid by us, the taxpayers.
