What you want to do is invite her to dinner at a super fancy resturant and then the day of the dinner tell her you have some super important clients coming in town last minute to close a big business deal and you need to take them out to dinner BUT you still want to go out and celebrate with her over drinks. Then you show up and tell her about how well the deal was and insist she celebrates with you by taking shots! By doing this you don't have to buy an expensive dinner but she still thinks you were willing to, you show her you are an important person who gets things done and most importantly you will have her hammered from celebrating with you and you only had to buy drinks. If you can't close after that I don't know what to tell you!
