Phillips is probably #1. Uggla/Utley don't belong anywhere near this

Nah. He is middle of the pack and declining. Utley is much better. He plays good defense but (prepare to log off) has no on base skills. There is a reason the Reds were trying to dump him and no one would take him.

Yikes.

Phillips is maybe top 10. He is fun to watch with the glove though.
