I'm an occasional amateur radio operator and was cruising around after a large storm giving reports. The hazard we were talking about was a large amount of water on the road.
I'm driving an 02 Explorer with police scanner and HAM transceiver in my console. In the video you can see me lock in on the officer's channel and listen to him calling in my plates.
"Later on" is the same as "later" to me. Like "see you later on".
