It never ceases to amaze me how people throw out times like nothing. I run a 24 min 5k but this weekend I'm gonna try to break 20. If you've never run competitively please stop. What's even worse is the all these football players who throw out 4.4 as their 40 time, like that's the standard. Sub 4 mins is unreal
