See that's the problem. I don't have the luxury of holding out for "pay for delete" I need this cleaned up asap.

You pissed away your only bargaining chip and went with the "I paid you, can you pretty please fix my stuff?". You want a company to act accordingly, then contact the credit agencies (all 3) and then make sure the credit agencies do their job. And you want it done in 30 days. It ain't happening.
