It was just a question. Your motivations and intentions are important if you look to some intangible higher power for help with something like this. Someone who believes in a God of any sort only because they want to defeat an addiction to alcohol aren't really addressing their problem. Their intentions and motivations are hollow, and they will more than likely fail in trying to defeat alcoholism.

You obviously need help. I hope you find someone or something that can help you.
