If we are going to throw around crimes like rape shouldn't we have an obligation to actually prove such a thing occurred?


I read the report and I came to the conclusion a college student got wasted and regretted it. Just my opinion on the read through.

So you are saying there wasn't questionable judgement on the Oregon B-Ball players part? They were just playing xbox in their dorm rooms?
