And 4 beers is enough to get someone approximately 200 lbs flirting with being over the limit. I can assure you I'm no lightweight with my alcohol, and that's pretty much my point. The cop was trolling the bar area for people to generate revenue regardless of whether they were actually a threat.

Apparently it was enough to make a case of. Hence, the case number that was assigned to your DUI. Sounds like a typical butt-hurt "I was driving drunk and got a DUI, but think I wasn't drunk enough" excuse. Sorry bro.
