Underneath the overpass, or side of the street. I go to Chelsea's plenty and I've never not found parking.

You mean the I-10 overpass? Because if you're talking about the Perkins Road overpass/side of the street that's really not much at all. It can get pretty packed in there at night before shows.

I don't see any issue with Chelsea 's parking, unless the weather is bad.
I actually think Omi's location to be an asset, I would use the back of that building on I-10 to my advantage. The restaurants that have been there have not been good enough to attract a customer base.

Tony's, since it is just takeout, is sort of a restaurant, it is hard to get to for most of BR.
