With each of those cities, you need to take a look at who you are and figure it out from there. Different types of people and atmosphere in each one
I was born and raised in East Arkansas and lived in LR for 5 years. I think I have a better feel for it than some dude from LA who spent a weekend there one time to watch LSU-Arkansas.

Actually, I've only been to one game there. I have a few friends that live in Little Rock, and all totalled up, I've probably spent 6 months up there, a week or two at a time. You are either a sucky person, or hung out with sucky people
