Atlanta intrigues me as well if I got the right job opportunity. I grew up on ATL baseball so I would love to get some Braves season tickets, especially since they are getting a new park away from the congested downtown area. But honest to God the traffic and volume scares me about ATL.

If you live near where you work in Atlanta you'll be alright, for the most part, especially if you live and work in town.

Atlanta is a great place for young people. Soooo many good looking women here. Cost of living is low vs other large cities. The food/drink scene is getting better and better all over town. You can just about get anywhere in the world from the airport.

I hope you do realize where the Braves are moving is the worst place in the entire city every day for rush hour traffic? It's going to be an absolute clusterfrick getting around there on Braves game evenings. I don't like it, because I live in town(Decatur) and it takes me about 15-20 minutes to get to the stadium, but I understand why they're moving north, however, the area they're moving too is really, really bad with regards to afternoon/evening rush hour traffic.
