So in the Franchise contact it says anything you say in private deemed offending can make you have to sell? Who determines this?

Depends on the contract language. Almost all franchise agreements have language regarding "actions detrimental to the franchise."

Think about it. If the BR owner of Taco Bell started putting up signs that said "No Jews Allowed," do you think Taco Bell Corporate is just going to sit back and let their franchise get dragged through the dirt?
