re: St George proponents think they'll make the November ballot

I've heard they've got the numbers...but if they announce it people stop signing. They want as many signatures as possible once its time to say "we got x number signatures". Another thing, they didn't hold a petition drive last wknd...if it was that tight you don't skip an opportunity to get them.
