10 years?? Maybe if all the electrical engineers are simultaneously assassinated too. Even if you blow up all the transformers I think you can rebuild the most important parts of the electrical infrastructure in a year or 2.

Good idea, and where is the operational manufacturing facility that will replace all of the electric grid in America located at, and what does it run on?
