I would need to brush up on some skills, but for the sake of argument I was up to par. I think I would do pretty well. I learned to cook in a very hostile, family environment. The two things that kill these cooks are pressure and lack of communication. Tell someone when your risotto is fricking five minutes out so they can start the side!
