Not saying it doesn't exist to some degree, but it's not all encompassing and certainly doesn't control our political outcomes as some people suggest.
It's so important to read Bernays. Because once you do, you know that mass manipulation is not only possible, it's not even difficult.
And once you learn his techniques, you start to see them EVERYWHERE. First you see it in advertising. And now we're seeing them overtly being used in news "reporting".
