The government is responsible for this and has burdened you with an expensive plan because you are young and needed to buffer the cost for the older and sick that they rely on for votes.. They really don't give a shite about you in these regards because they know they can placate the
youth in other ways. Play time is over, the government needs
your demographic to offset others, blame them if you most..

And before the ACA, there were plenty of competent catastrophic plans designed for the youth that served their needs and were cheap..
