You're definitely correct in your post. An Auburn fan saw that corndog crap about Nebraska(sp) on a big twelve message board. The Aubie picked up on it and applied it to LSU. The crap took off from Auburn, a school that doesn't even have a true mascot. Auburn has an identity crisis here in Alabama. This state is definitely an Alabama state. It's sad, because Auburn reminds me of Tulane in the state of Louisiana. I'd rather be called a corndog than a irrelevant school that is located in the state in which I live. Corndogs frying smell good, go to an Auburn game during the day and you smell nothing but animal feces coming from their vet school.

Is that supposed to be derogatory? Some sort of pejorative? And going on the natural assumption that it is...is that REALLY the best you could come up with? Is THAT all you've got?
