Federal inmates have belts, they even used to have metal buckles!

Pollock is a Fed Prison in LA.

You win the Internet. I see it means a lot to you.

I've not dealt with federal inmates much but all the state/parish inmates I've met have not had belts in La. Considering I can't even give them a pen or paper clip its not a stretch to think they can't have belts.
