or a TV equipped with a media extender

does that work with apple tv?

i was thinking about doing the antenna thing for local stations and cbs, abc, fox, etc. even if i caught a bunch of other "local" stations, i doubt i'd watch them.

i'd miss ESPN and sometimes live news channels. i'll have to get one of my siblings to loan me their cox logins for that. i haven't found a way around it yet.

After having the android box for about two weeks I made the decision to cut the chord. Saving about $130.00 a month. The only live TV I really HAVE to watch is during football season. I have found pretty reliable links for ESPN, ESPN 2, and NFL Network. As far as TV goes, it's all there...every episode of every season of every show...sometimes you just have to hunt for the right source. As far as movies go...I can get just about anything. Still in the process of setting up my favorites to make it a somewhat fluid process...There is no real channel surfing from what I can tell so far.
