It's the arrestee's attorney's version of the story of course it is going to favor the client. How many outlandish crazy stories have we heard from the attorney's of people that are dead to rights? And you don't even have any of the evidence from the other side to form an unbiased opinion.

Because I know that the DEA is not stupid enough to raid somebody solely because she bought a bottle of fertilizer.
