You're right, I'm not taking the time to figure out those numbers.
I eat until I get full, and I usually eat 5-6 small meals a day. My meals are mostly natural foods (try to stay with 5 ingredients or less). I have an extremely high metabolism and it doesn't take much for me to get full.
I agree that some people take the paleo diet too far, but at it's core it's a solid foundation to build on.
No diet by itself will transform your body with out exercise and you can exercise all day and still be unhealthy if you don't eat right.
