Loak Bean - Our spontaneously fermented strong dark ale aged in bourbon barrels and conditioned on Coava 'Kochera' coffee beans, vanilla beans, and cacao nibs.

Both of those sound great.

De Garde stuff is really hard to get. The mostly do one-offs and most of it gets sold at their tasting room. I stopped by there once, and it was closed. I want to drop in when they are open. If any of you are ever on the Oregon coast, a "must see" is the Pelican Brewpub in Pacific City (just up the road from Tillamook, where De Garde is). There are not many more beautiful place to have a beer on this earth. Pictures on the internet do not do it justice.

Oh, yeah, and one more place on my bucket list is Ale Apothecary, just outside of Bend.
