I guess we have different ideas of what "stacked" is. I forgot they re-signed Shields, so they're better at CB than I thought, but Tramon Williams is 31 and on the last year of his deal. They still need safety help.

Simply put, the Packers need more impact plays from their safety position. Their safeties laid a goose egg in the interception department last season, and even Morgan Burnett was surprisingly invisible in the secondary for a majority of the season.

Biggest needs: Tight end, safety, defensive tackle.

Let's start with safety, a position the Packers have largely ignored over the past year. They're looking for a playmaker to fill a crater-sized hole at free safety. Two players who started at safety last season, M.D. Jennings and Jerron McMillian, aren't even on the roster anymore. The Packers let Jennings walk as a restricted free agent and cut McMillian before last season ended.
