I'd much rather a place that has the TVs on ALL the games going on. What you're talking about is a place like Bar None in NYC which is the Saints bar there. During games they'll have every TV on the game + sound through the speakers.

Rusty Nail does that w/ Alabama, LSU and Saints game usually.

Even Rendezvous will turn off the music for big games. Saints, LSU, World Series, etc.
