re: What is the correct protocal for a dog bite?

I went up to a mobile home I was renting to a guy, after dark, to get my rent. Decided to pet his dog by the front door, before I knew what was happening, the dogs mouth was sank into my arm, both sides. After beating it with a stick, I cleaned the wound with peroxide and gauze. I tried to be tough but after 4 days I was in ICU with IV's and shite hooked up, arm had shite oozing out, pretty bad. Be careful.
