This was the company we used for the snorkeling tour. Family company. They were awesome. Highly recommend them if you want to do a tour like that.

If you do go with them...they have a photographer taking pics the whole time. If you want pics of yourself on the boat...just ask them to take pics and they will. At the end of the tour you can buy a thumb drive with all the picks on it for like $30. Includes pics they took with underwater cameras that day of any dolphins, turtles, etc they see.
I went in January so the water visibility was not the greatest. But I did get to see whales also on that tour so that was cool.
As for the booze cruise...can't remember the company(this was Jan 2011 when I went). They were located on the beach in Waikiki...we literally walked up earlier in the afternoon and booked it. It was a smaller catamaran boat so not big enough to do dinner cruises.

The boat is called the Na Hoku II. It is a yellow boat with a red and white sail. They go out during the day too and do swimming trips and stuff. Just go up to the boat when you see it on shore and you will be able to find someone with a clipboard and sing up for the booze cruise.
Best booze cruise on the island. Anytime we had guests in town, we used this one. Some of our best sunsets are from the cruise.
