I wish Mr. Volland much success. Hopefully, it's not an "upscale" oyster bar. Frankly, I'm not going to break my arse getting downtown for the privilege of paying for high priced oysters. OK, maybe I'll give them try if they are consistently busy. There's nothing like eating east coast oysters that's been out of the water for two weeks.

It won't be fancy. And supposedly they will look to have 10-12 different variety of oysters at all times.
