Exactly. They probably would have appointed this same guy if McCain or Romeny was president.

Plus, technically speaking, he is Ambassador to the UN not the USA. Different thing with different types of diplomatic immunity and priviledges. Heck he can't be names ambassador to USA because there are no official relations between our countries.

The Stephens article gives no proof about specific Obama actions that have lead to any of this.

Plus, he seems irked about how the USA has essentially given up Crimea.

First off, read the opinion polls, almost all Americans dont want us doing more. And Pray tell, how is that different from the Bush administrations essential acceptance of the invasion of Georgia in 1988 and the annexetion of part of its territory?

A terrible article, if he were in my debate class he would have gotten a F.

Would McCain or Romney eased sanctions on the Iranian in return for nothing? The sanctions were finally starting to really work, then Obama swoops in and backs off of them .. all of a sudden the rhetoric and anti-American diplomatic moves are back in full force. He's really fumbling the ball on this one. And Kerry is an absolute joke.

Yeah, that's what the thread title clearly says.

Yes but the State Department can approve his visa and he can be at the table at the U.N. in NYC. That's an embarrassment if it happens.
