The # of fouls to foul out is fine. It is equally portportioned to the nba. Nba gets 6 in 48 min. Ncaa get 5 in 40 min.
And the advancement rule doesnt need to happen in college. Coaches just need to check their egos and not call timeout every chance they get at the end of the game and let the players play.

Change shot clock to 30 seconds. Defensive 3 seconds. I hate seeing guys who do nothing on defense but stand still under the rim.

Never, ever bring that advancement of the ball rule to CBB. It's the worst rule in all of sports.
