Did you find the food and/or the Service pretentious. I have read lots of reviews and most of them seem like the wait staff was trying to hard and the food was underwhelming.
Anyone out there been to Sage inside of Aria?

This was where I had my 21st birthday dinner a few years ago. Everything was outstanding and the tasting menu is one of the best priced in Vegas.

My best buddy is the GM there. He admits it is REAL pricey but swears it is the best quality he's ever worked with
